Thanks to Drum Circle & New Release is 929JackFM Download of the Week!

I had a wonderful time performing with Joanne Crofford and her Drum Circle this December. I cannot believe how many instruments her crew played with me, including the congas, the claves, the chimes, the djembe, the doumbek, the triangle …and not to mention Joanne’s favorite the gong! The audience played along with the egg shakers; they really shook it up! We even had Mr. Vic Dyck play the PVC flute; yes, a plastic flute that sounded so ethereal and organic.  I would like to thank Joanne, Vic, Margaret, Betty-Ann, Gayl and Patricia. Big thanks to everyone who came out to the shows, and big thanks to the Exchange for hosting us.

The final song of the evening was my new release “I Still Say Merry Christmas”, which I am happy to say is the download of the week for 929JackFM and Music Nova Scotia. People left humming “I Still Say Merry Christmas”, even though (or maybe because) we have yet to have any ‘real’ snow this year 😉  Happy Holidays to all…and again, thanks for the support.
